Dr. Chelsea Welch, MSPT, DPT, cert. VRT is accepting new patients. She specializes in treating dizziness ( vertigo) and balance disorders in addition to her extensive expertise in orthopedic and neuromuscular rehabilitation. If you are interested in becoming a patient, please reach out using the contact section of this website. Once your information is received, Dr. Welch will contact you with available appointment slots. Dr. Welch, being the sole provider at the practice cannot typically accommodate the need for same day, or “walk-in” appointments but will do her best to never delay starting your necessary treatment.
